Frequently asked questions
If something you need is not covered here, ask us before you pay rather than after. We would rather tell you a request is out of scope than take an invoice for work we cannot do well.
We install and maintain a lead-response system. When a new enquiry arrives through one of your connected channels, it is acknowledged straight away, a short set of qualification questions collects the details your team needs, the conversation is routed to the right person with that context attached, and a defined follow-up process runs if the prospect goes quiet. After launch, TalkToLeads Care monitors and maintains that system.
No. TalkToLeads is not a CRM and does not try to be one. A CRM is where records live; TalkToLeads is the response layer that sits in front of it, so enquiries get a fast first reply and reach the right person with context.
No. Keep it. Where the platform allows a supported connection, we can pass qualified context into your existing CRM or tools. Where it does not, your team still receives the enquiry and its context through the routing channel we agree during onboarding.
No. We work with the website and lead sources you already have. If your enquiry form needs a small change to connect cleanly, we will tell you exactly what is required during the lead-source audit.
Commonly requested sources include website forms, WhatsApp, phone and missed calls, email enquiries, paid-ad lead forms, and social enquiries. Which of these we can connect depends on your accounts, the platform’s own rules, and the access you can provide. The standard implementation includes up to two approved inbound channels at launch; additional channels are quoted separately.
No. The system handles the first response, qualification, routing, and reminders. Your team handles the actual conversation, advice, and sale. The point is that a person picks the conversation up with context, sooner.
We deliver in 10 days. That clock starts once onboarding is complete and we have access to the channels being connected — not from the day you pay. Two things can move it, and both are outside our control: access or approvals that are delayed on your side, and third-party platform review, such as a messaging provider approving a sender or a template. If either happens we tell you immediately and give you a revised date rather than letting the deadline slide quietly.
Once your Wise payment is confirmed, we email your invoice or receipt, your onboarding details, and the project next steps. You are assigned a named onboarding contact and added to a private implementation group. If you have opted in, we can also send onboarding updates over WhatsApp.
TalkToLeads Care is how the system stays monitored and maintained after launch, and it is part of the standard offer. If you choose to end Care, the workflow is handed over as configured and is no longer monitored, maintained, or supported by us. Cancellation terms are set out in the Terms page.
Workflow monitoring, system maintenance, a monthly operational summary, minor template and routing changes, ongoing support within published support hours, and account ownership and optimization guidance.
Care does not include unlimited new workflows, lead-generation campaigns, full CRM migration, live sales handling, third-party platform fees, or guaranteed revenue. Larger additions are scoped and quoted separately.
No. We provide a managed response, qualification, routing, and follow-up system. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, sales, or revenue. Outcomes depend on your lead quality, your team’s responsiveness, your pricing, your market, and many other factors outside the system.
Your customer data remains yours. TalkToLeads processes it to operate the workflow you have asked us to build and maintain. The specific handling, retention, and access arrangements are described on the Privacy page, which is being finalised with a qualified lawyer before launch.
Messaging platforms set their own rules for business messaging, opt-in, and templates, and those rules apply to your account. We configure flows to fit the consent model you confirm during onboarding, and we ask you to approve every message template. You remain responsible for ensuring your messaging, consent, and data-handling practices meet the requirements that apply to your business.
Yes. Minor template and routing changes are part of Care. New channels, new qualification flows, or additional routing structures are scoped and quoted separately before any work starts.
You can cancel TalkToLeads Care by writing to your onboarding contact. Notice period, final billing date, and what happens to the configured workflow on cancellation are set out in the Terms page.
Each client receives a dedicated onboarding contact and a private implementation group. We respond during our published support window and keep you updated through setup, testing, and launch.
